The service
Arbeit.fit is an AI-assisted job discovery service. It analyzes professional evidence you provide (CVs, resumes, public profile pages), builds a privacy-masked candidate profile, searches publicly accessible vacancy sources, and returns ranked matches with links to the original listings.
Arbeit.fit is a research and matching tool, not an employer, recruiter, or placement agency. We do not mediate employment contracts and are not a party to any application you submit.
Accounts & eligibility
- You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate account information.
- Access requires a verified email address; unverified accounts cannot build profiles or run searches.
- You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
- Accounts are personal; sharing credentials or pooling accounts is not permitted.
Credits & payment
- Each newly verified account receives 20 free credits. A search run consumes 10 credits, charged when the search starts.
- Additional credits can be purchased in the app; payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout and include applicable VAT.
- Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and do not expire while your account exists.
- If a search fails due to a service error, the consumed credits are restored automatically.
Your content & acceptable use
You may only upload evidence that you are entitled to provide, meaning your own CV, resume, and public professional profiles. You must not:
- upload third-party personal data or documents you have no right to process;
- use the service to scrape, bulk-download, or redistribute listing data or source links;
- attempt to circumvent access controls, rate limits, credit accounting, or security measures;
- probe the service with automated requests outside normal app usage;
- use results to spam employers or for unlawful discrimination.
Violation of these rules may lead to suspension or termination of your account without refund of remaining credits.
Accuracy of results
Matches are generated from public vacancy sources and AI-assisted analysis. While every result links to a verified source URL, we cannot guarantee that listings are current, complete, or error-free, since third-party postings change and expire without notice. Always review the original listing before applying. Match scores are probabilistic estimates, not promises of suitability or hiring outcomes.
Intellectual property
The service, including its software, design, and brand, remains the property of the operator. You retain all rights to the evidence you upload; you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service. Derived profiles and search records may be used in aggregated, de-identified form to improve ranking quality.
Availability & termination
We operate the service with care but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. You may delete your account at any time; we may terminate accounts that breach these terms. Sections on liability, intellectual property, and governing law survive termination.
Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body, or health, and under mandatory statutory provisions (including the German Product Liability Act). For simple negligence we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual duties (Kardinalpflichten), limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damage. Liability for all other cases of simple negligence is excluded.
Governing law & changes
These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods; for consumers, mandatory consumer protections of their country of residence remain unaffected. We may update these terms with reasonable notice, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. The version date at the top of this page is authoritative.
